No batches in General Ledger were needed to rollback for this book and period.
Program FAJERB completed successfully


This error occured while running Rollback Journal Entries report.

Please help.

Ist of all u have to roll back journal entries and on successful completion you will roll back ur depreciation so follow the correct steps.

But even after running rollback Journal entries , it's not rollbacking those FA GL entries and shows the same message.

In this case, how we'll procced?

ok... then verify that you GL journal is not yet posted or period is not closed....if JEs are posted or even period is closed then u can not roll back ur JEs... otherwise there should be no problem in rollback depreciation.

are you sure we can't rollback FA journals once it got posted? or any other workaround is possible?

Yeah ... am sure....we are facing the same issue wid on of our client .... i'll let u know if we get any workaround from Oracle as we have logged SR.

I have also logged SR with Oracle & they have suggested me to apply a patch for this.

ok... did u apply the patch and successfully roll back FA JEs ?...

They logged a bug and working on it on our SR.

try the following workaround in test...... if it works for you.

If you have posted the JEs then reverse them in GL and rollback JEs from FA and verify prog. output.
