What is the diff between Payroll run & quick-pay?

Quick-pay is functionality allows the user to run the payroll for single employee direct without using request window and it is available from assignment window, and both quick- pay and payroll run using the same executable program. Put if you need to rollback the payroll run and quick-pay, you need to used for quick-pay the same window of quick-pay to delete payroll run and prepayment, put payroll run you need to use rollback concurrent program request same for prepayment.
