Hi,

i'm working on SSHR(EBS 12), and when the managere approve an absence management, email notification will be send to the HR manager.
my question is how can i update the request so another user will receive also the notification

You need to notify by using alert manager.

you can do that through AME, to add anyone for sending to another user to receive the same notification
