our client requirement is before making payment to suppliers in AP he wants to check the bank balance please help me in this issue we are in ver 11.5.10

i think you cant view the bank balance in AP. You need to switch to CM to view the bank balance.

You can give them Bank Account Status Report

You can also customized a report for bank statement then put it in the AP responsibility.
