Oracle Costing engine!!!

Q: does Oracle Costing engine support mid-period cost center transfer calculation, or it provides only simple distribution based on percentagesmanually entered by the user like 40-60 and automatically calculated based on the detection of an employee transfer, and does not support mapping of unaligned and overlapping periods. please anyone have any things in this subject to share with me so welcome.
