Hi ALL & alruwaished,

I need some help with changing latest start date and effective date of an employee.....
when i change ...latest start date to some old date then it gives error or "Assignment's Payroll not exist at this date"...The problem is only with one employee record.....rest of the record are ok and i can update to old date.

can u plz tell me how to correct the error .....

I have not receive the screenshot, put i can say the problem come from a lot of reason if you want to change the latest start date of any employee you need to know all the data link with this employee for date track concept, the data in assignment like organization, job, position basis salary, is he supervisor any employee and so on for date track concept.

if you finish what we say you can purge the employee as I said or please see the link
