Convert Currecny

Hi all:
one of the users complain about the PO currecny header being changed. the correct steps of converting the currecny for the header and the lines are being followed. yet sometimes the header currency changes.
He also complains that sometimes when he changes a price or a payment term and saves, the changes are not saved
can anyone help in these matters
