AP MODULE DOES NOT TALLY WITH GL

Hi All
I have the problem that AP module does not tally with GL.
There are two cause as follows:
1). There are unrecorded payments that appeared as reconciling when in fact payment was done in the month of May 2008.
2) There are several ?voided transactions? made which should not appear as reconciling but the system reads or includes those in downloading of bank recon items.
Who can help me?
