Hi All

I created few items (purchased items, subassembly item and Finished good item)

When i try to create Sales order from Order Management Super User Responsibility

Order,Returns --> Sales Orders

At the order information tab
Question 1: The Open Folder icon refer to some "om es" by default which someone has defined. How to revert back the default?

At the main tab of the Line Items tab

The "Unit Selling Price" shows 15 which is wrong

as i entered Finished good Dell computer sale price as 6000. Therefore it should show 6000 for unit selling price. Can you help me what must be causing the problem

The first issue is cased by some one replacing the default folder with their own by mistake. You have ask your DBA to recompile that form.

Second problem apparently is because the price list it is referring to is different. Change the Price list with the price list in which you have stated as 6000.
