Bank Statement Loader Program "Data File Name"

Hi Gurus

m Working on Cash management these days i have encountered an Problem when Loading Bank Statement for Reconcilation, it asks for "Data File Name" and "directory Path" !!!!! can any one Help me with dis it doesnt shows anything in DATA FILE NAME LOV

**And i have an bank statement in Swift MT940 format
