Ensure that 'Inventory Planning Method' is set to 'Min-Max' in General Planning Tab of item master for this item. Select 'Supplier' in 'Source Type' field. Select 'Buy' in make or buy flag.

Enter min max levels for this item.

Run the min-max planning report. In parameters select planning level as 'Organization' and enter 'items under minimum quantity' in item selection.

First enter 'No' in restock parameter and run the report. Verify that this item is included in this report and replenishment quantity is displayed. Then run this report with 'Yes' in restock parameter and you will be able to import requisitions.

Dear

Very improtant parameter is missing.
In PR unit price is mandatory, therefore in ITEM MASTER - PURCHASING ENTER VALUE LIST PRICE (ANY AMOUNT). IT WILL WORK.
THEN GO TO PURCHASING AND run Requisition Import.

For any reason at this stage any problem then you can run
REQUISITION IMPORT EXECPTION REPORT.
