I am sunil and i am working as an oracle apps technical consultant i want to do certifications as oracle sql and pl/sql developer can any on tell me what things are needed. please guide me friends

What are the step required to be an oracle technical consultant. Pls advice where to start. Already i have OCA 10g database.
