Hi all of us.

This is srinivas from hyd.. presently am working in one of the manufacturing industry. My Basic qualification is MBA Finance and B.Com (Computers). And learnt oracle apps (Fun) also. Now am looking for job change. From manufacturing to software side..
Here I have no guidance. So am requesting to u. please show me right path..

I hard that, In present days software market is not all good. So is it not right time to change the job..
Or otherwise when will rise the job market.
