R12 with MKS-9.2?

Hi,
Could I install R12 with MKS-9.Patch-2 in Windows-Server-2003?
The recommended version is MKS 9.3, but I have only 9.2 (MKS 9.Patch-2). It is terminating after post-installation-step first stage of installation. Is this termination because of the MKS9.2?
I installed the prerequisite: Windows Server Ent 2003, VC++ 2005, MKS 9.2, gnumake. Is it Okey?
