I am going to write report listing all point to be considered when you try to design HRMS KFF.

<u><b>1- HR KFF.</b></u>
1.1- Grade KFF.
1.2- Position KFF.
1.3- Job KFF.
1.4- Competency KFF.

<u><b>2-payroll KFF.</b></u>
2.1- People Group KFF.
2.2- Cost allocation KFF.

I want from all member to share with us the best practices to design the 4 HR and 2 payroll Key Flex Field, and I need from experts to share problem and benefits their designed of 6KFF, so we can reach to a best solution conclusion. To be done. Anyone have impact from their design of 6KFF so welcome to put this in here. I will write report to be considered.

As regards the KFF's i dont think the order of the segments will have any performance impact.

However, what i believe will lead designing and re-designing is when a segment is meant to depend on another segment and this was not taken into consideration initially. so this may need to be re-designed. (I am referring to minor and major segments).

Also Another thing that may make re-designing necessary is when a segment is meant to be user-enterable but has a list of values or vise versa.

In summary, the reason for re-designing is usually because there was no proper setup plan before implementation
