How to Add New Operating Unit Assets in FA ??

I need solution for the below

We are using 11.5.10.2 our company is service oriented company now we are adding new Operating Units under existing BG to the existing application

Regarding Assets i want to add new Operating Unit Assets to the Existing FA Module what are the setups to be complete ??

Create New FA book for new operating unit and assign categories to it and then u can add assets to the book.
