Is there site which provide backend access to Oracle Apps?

I am using appshosting and solutionbeacon.com but it does not provide backend access.

Is there any paid or free website?

I am trying to learn the technical side of 11i oracle apps.

I would suggest that you should upgrade your computer to 2 GB ram and more than 200 GB hard disk and install application on it. Don't expect any such site which will allow you to access database. Thanks
