Hi,

Thank you for the reply.

TAR(Technical Assitent Request), or SR(Service Request)

For this Service Request we provide Action Plan.
If we have a problem with our instance and we raise a SR, then we have to provide some steps ie Action Plan. How to make this action plan? What is the steps (information) need in this Service Request?

CMIIW, when you raise SR they asked you to give them step by step to reproduce the problem. After they analyzed your problem usually they will give you action plan on how to solve your problem. Does that help?
