Proc Family pack I and J - the main changes

Procurement on 111.PRC_PF.J
ie. Proc Family pack J... I know it is part of the Supply Chain PF.J
However, I am trying to find the new/changed features for the Proc J and Family pack I.
We have 'I' installed and want to install 'J'
<b>What are the main changes between the versions?????</b>
We do not use selfservice at all... only Procurement/Purchasing.
