error:No allocations exists for move order line

Hi All,
We have customized business flow for MainSaleOrder an IR is created which inturn converted into ISO.
While doing Pickrelease for ISO quantity is reserved getting error
"No allocations exist for move oder line" in trascation Move order window when we click transact button the error
"Lot/Serial number quantity does not match with transcation quantity"
I checked the quantity is also avalible and item is serial control item.
Please provide me solution ASAP.
