Workflow Mailer Notification Configuration...

I am new to oracle workflow, can any one provide the steps to configure workflow mailer notification? Ihave already searched and gone through some metalink notes but they proving to be very little help.

Dear,
Follow the following steps and if you will again find any difficulty then give me ur email id i will send u step by step document with screen shots.
1. Edit the /etc/hosts file with your mailserver ip and mail server hostname like
<ip> <hostname.domainname.com> hostname
2- login with sysadmin and go click on "workflow Oracle Application manager"
3. In workflow notification mailer
in outbound email account(SMTP) -->Provide your mailserver hostname.domainname
4. In inbound email Account : "only enter valid email id on which u want email replies " in Reply-To-Address
5. Click Apply
5. It will say the message mailer succesfully updated.
