how to find employee hourly rate?

hello,
yes, am a beginner and learning hrms/payroll for quite sme time,
I hope you wouldn't mind telling me , which table has employee hourly rate salary,
and annual salary? i could figure out annual salary, using annualization factor(correct me if am wrong) but couldn't find hourly rate, could any one of you help me with this

In general if you are using grade rate salary this paramter have the salary "ASG_SALARY" you can use it for any thinks
