Dear All,
I have created some letters for applicats like offer letter etc. in EBS R12.0.4 but i am not able to create letters for active employees. Can anybody tell me how to generate letters for active employees. In the recruitment letter type the assignment status is only for applicants and in Contract letter type window the assignment status is disabled.

I have solved my problem, i just wanted to generate leave application form,warning letters,release letter etc.
