What does PROJECT BURDENING MEANS?
And what is the difference between
UPPER MANAGEMENT REPORTING,
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND
PROJECT MANAGEMENT REPORTING?
Can anyone explain me with simple example.. its bit confusing
