BPA- Shipments

Hello ,
I have issue with BPA(Blanket Purchase Agreement). After the approval someone has created Shipments of the BPA instead of Releases and Now when i try to receive the BPA shipment it does not allow.
Can someone please help me to cancel the BPA shipment..
