LOV in iExpense

I am running R12.0.4 on Linux and using iExpense. Is it possible to use a personalization to change the LOV for a field in iExpense? If so, how?
Specifically, I want to change the LOV that is used for project number so that it restricts the listing of project numbers to a smaller subset based on our setups.
