Based on the mail thread and assuming that you are sitting in Jeddah for implementation. so, it your localization could be Saudi Localization.

Dear Abdulazizaana,
As far as I know;
-- Provision Control = Provision Salary Control to either increase or decrease the provision.
-- Indemnity Provision = End of Service Employee Provision Element
-- Indemnity Salary = Actual Paid End of Service Salary
-- Vacation Salary = Advance Salary that you recieve on going to your vacation
-- Medical Insurance = Medical Insurance Coverage Payment for an employee.
-- Medical Insurance Recovery = Recovery of Medical Insurance Bills
