Creating Default Subinventory/Locator thro' API?

Hi All,

We are evaluating if there is any option to programmatically create the Default Subinventory and Default locator for an item using any interfaces or undocumented API?

Instance: 11.5.10.2

Any ideas please. Appreciate your help.
