Hi,

Is it possible to create foreign currency account as a multi currency account for payments and receipts? My understanding was you can't; but in my current company in UK; they setup USD as a multi currency account in 2001(year i am mentioning here because in the older version it might be possible if you knw about it) and processing even non-USD payment through that account. Does anyone has an idea if it is possible or not?

Hello Muzaffar.

Yes, it is possible. When defining the Ban Account, go to Receivables Options block and check the Multiple Currency Receipts checkbox and in the Payables Option check the Multiple Currency Payments.
