hello everybody
i m trying to install 11i on Linux 4 and i go this error
RW-50004:Error code received when running external process.Check log file for details. Running Database install driver for Prod instance
and the log file
runProcess_5

Statusstring Executing Command: InstantiateFile -d addbtmpl.drv

Cannot execute configure of environment for database ORACLE_HOME

RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 31
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.
Running Database Install Driver for PROD instance

and by the way i m running installer as root user
can anyone help

complete all the pre-installation requirements, it seems that you have missed any linux patch, if not possible pl. send me installation logfile at the below email "mmanwerkeen[@]gmail.com".
