same item from one or more vendor

in my companySometime it take same item from one or more vendor ,so after all shops sold this item , i do not how many sales for any vendors .
for Exmaple
if item codfe is 010100001212
item code vendor
-----------------------------------
010100001212 1110
010100001212 1112
am i make code for each item if it same structuure?
