I am currently working on an implementation and would require your assistance in customization of Pre offer and Post offfer checklists for applicants. The fields are given by default on these,but I want to change them, i.e. customize them to satisfy the requirements of the Business. The required path is ;

People - Maintain Templates - Hiring Applicants - People By Name - Details - Pre offer checklist / Post Offer checklist
