Urgent F-S-G want help

please help

if i have an account & i want to get the total debit balance for this account for YTD (all year) and put it in the assets side in the balance sheet
and i want to get the total credit balance for the same account for YTD (all year) and put it in the liabilities side in the balance sheet ..
for Example
1000 an account in my chart
ASSETS
----
----
1000 (with total debit balance)

Liabilities
----
----
1000 (with total credit balance)
