AP Tax line not getting accounted

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue related to invoice accounting in AP.
Created invoice - 1 line item and 1 tax line.
The invoice line Item is accounted but the Tax distribution did not get accounted.

As a result invoice is in Partial Accounted status. Both the distributions have the same Charge Account and there are no holds.

Please provide steps to diagnose the issue and what are the steps to get Tax distribution accounted from here?
