How to change apps password in multinode inst

We have multi node installation of Oracle Applications R12.
1 database server and 2 application servers.

database and concurrent manager on database server while web and forms services are on application servers. So I need to change the password apps schema. How could I do? Can anybody suggest on this?

I changed the apps password on single node successfully. But i need to do this on Multi node.
Please suggest.
