Payables Transfer to General Ledger

<font face="Arial">I have tried to transfer payable batch to GL but the request is completed with error.
Error message file is attached herewith. Pls guide me that what can be the possible reason for this.

Sorry but I cannot do that. The contract with Oracle does not allow it.
But you are using Oracle APPS, how is it possible that you do not have access to ML, don?t you have a CSI (Customer Support Identifier)?

Check if the UTL_FILE_DIR init parameter is correct and each location is writeable. thanks

They even answer questions directly.
When i needed information I usually got answers at this site.

iam transfering to gl while iam getting this problem
50000/- Rs but i got only 45000/-Rs only in GL
so iwant this 5000/-
for that what type of report and what type of proses i want to do tell me pls
this one is very orgent
