Hi all,

i have few doubts mentioned below,

1. Without using SSHR, can I conduct appraisal for an employee.

2. How can I do the standard appraisal ( I am not able to do the std appraisal, before that what I have to perform)

Note: I have created the appraisal template but still I am not, plz guide me.

you can use the Employee Competency profile Direct to enter the appraisal than update employee performance rtotal esult for that appraisal, if this information ok or you can come in msn for mor edetails
