item status backorderd

hi for all
when i do the sales order avaliable for item show me that requested QTY =3500 and onhand QTY =5000 and reservable QTY =1500 I Press book order and do lunch pick release the line status became backorderd and the next step pick relase i check about reservation for this item find nothing but when i check for pending transaction for this item find the item with QTY =3500 but this order was cancel can any one helpe me for solve this urgent issue
