How to Handle Leave Encashment

Dear Friends,

Can any one pls let me Know,How to Handle Leave Encashment in Oracle Payroll.. Pls help me on this..

Hi Dear

If you mean sale your vacation balance. if yes follow this step.
- first you need to regist this element leave encashment with leave enrollment PTO as subtract.

- create sale vacation balance as earning element.
- use the FF to and days sales to leave encashment as days

this step auto will subtrack leave vacation balance

Hi Dear

- Crete Leave encashment as information element with input value Days to enter the leave days you want to sale from your balance.
- Create FF to Calculate the leave days amount.
- Link this element with payroll if it is ok.
- in Accrual Plan try to add in Net calculation rule Leave encashment element to subtract its from you vacation balanace as same as Leave days subtract.
- Create Leave Encashment as Earning element.
- Create Formula result to add the leave amount to Leave encashment Earning and Leave encashment days from the accrual palan.
