Unable to open Sales Dashboard from Services Login

Hi
I tried to open "Sales Dashboard" from "Services" login but it threw an error
Region ASF_FUNC_SEC_REG in application 522 caused exception
But when i tried to access "Sales Dashboard" from other login "phenry" it works fine..
Please help me to resolve that issue.
I am using Oracle 11.5.10.2
