How to add hyperlink to Other Project Setup Region

Hi
While entering Data for User Defined Attributes I am not able to see "XX General Store Information" hyperlink in the "Other Project Setup" region.
I defined Attribute Context before and checked it.
Please let me know how to add that link in the other project setup region
I am using Oracle 11.5.10.2
