Installing Discoverer desk

Hi All,
I want to install Oracle Discoverer Desktop Edition, Version 9.0.4 for Microsoft Windows NT/2000 on windows xp, I already have installed oracle client for 10g. I have downloaded the file B14685-01.zip .
The problem is when I try to run this setup file it displays OUInstaller and do not proceed after taking information of HOME and installer files.
It seems as if discover is in conflict of existing client or I am using wrong files for discover.
Kindly let me know how can I install discoverer.
