Sales Tax Codes On Memo lines

Dear All:
I am facing an issue in AR, as I incomplete the transaction and change my customer, or transaction date the Tax codes on memo lines become disappear and tax field total on memo line screen header become 0, we manually take the tax code; by entering all memo lines again.
Plz advise the solution.
