ERPstuff - Oracle EBS Community

Could anybody please tell me the solution.
In my pc Oracle Application is not allowing with the user name operation/welcome.
Showing unable to login,occurred unexpected error,please contact your system administrator.

Even i tried with other user names.i am getting same notice always.
I verified all services.Everything is normal.

How to fix this error.
Please help me.
i dont know any Oracle apps dba to solve this problem.

Hi Madav,

i think User Id is Operations not a Operation.
If it is Not Accepting to Login with operations User id , Once try to login with this ID
ID : sysadmin
Password : sysadmin .
