Giving Note when making Payment but can't Payment

Dear Members

When making payment i am getting note APP-FND-01728: An Assignment does not exist for these Parameters.

Can any one tell why i am getting this error.

Hello.
There are several Notes on Metalink with that issue. Please see Note:394233.1

You can also query Metalink with the phrase 'APXPAWKB APP-FND-01728'
