Image Not Display In Excel Format

Dear All,
I have a report that the output ini Excel Format. This report has file rtf as the layout (template, use xml publisher). When i run this report, and view output,and then i save in my local the images still display. When i send this excel to my supplier, the supplier doesnot see the image (image not display). I use alternatif text on picture: url:{'${OA_MEDIA}/RIfky.jpg'}
Any one can help to give me another alternative so the supplier still see my image?
