What does the term "open receivable balance" means?

Hello.
Open receivable balance corresponds to the sum of the transactions you issued to your customers and which have not been paid yet.
You can have an open balance of zero if you have issued a invoice to a customer and received money to pay it and if you have not applied the receipt to the invoice.
The Aging x Buckets reports show open balances from your customers in a given date. You can also see the current open balance from a customer by using /Collections/Aging in APPS forms.
