Well, whenever you find that the system is not behaving the way it should, or when you encounter a message saying that you should contact Support. Nevertheless, you should carefully verify if the error or incorrect behavior is not caused by inappropriate setup of the application.
When something is not running as you think it should you should read the documentation (User?s Guide, etc) and verify if the application is correctly set up. In case of an error message you can also search Metalink and see if the problem you are encountering has not already been founded by someone else, so a solution may be already encountered.
