Database Cloning

Hello All Members.

I want to Clone my Database.
I'm unsing Oracle 9i Version 9.2.0.1
Running in NoArchiveLog.

I want to Clone with the Same Global Name, and SID.

Please Tell me Complete Step by Step procedure.

I have Also search the Google.com for this purpose. but unable to in Noarchivelog mode, all was telling the Procedure in ArchiveLog mode.

I would check the System and Application log from Event viewer. What's causing Windows Server to be crashed.
