Master Data Scrubbing

Hello,
We have Oracle ERP with 1.5 TB of data; we are looking to remove part/all of the master data; example customer master, item master etc... from the clonned instances (devlopment/test)
Basically; I am looking to create a company specific vision database that can be used in the export controlled environment.
Does any one have experience with it; please inform.
